what im wondering is how i can create a way to set up my computer to host web sites and charge others money for using the space on my computer that they are using to host there websites, can anyone tell me how or where to find info on how to become a web host?

For your ip if you install iis in your isp first if you do this check with your ip if you have static ip everytime if they allow you reboot you to host second check if you dont then everytime.
For your machine you have static ip if you install iis in your local site its whole different ip everytime you to host others and make them pay for your local site.
