How do you know if a web host allows spammers or porn?

I was reading about webhosts and it mentioned if your web host allows spammers or porn, your site might not get listed in the search engines because all the sites on that web host are connected to the same location? I might not have explained it correctly, but I hope you get the idea.

The best way is ideal for it the main advantage of having dedicated ip address is ideal for businessoriented.
