I want to send a video (145MB) to my friend without signing up for a web host?

How can I do this without signing up for a web hosting site? This is a one-time deal, not planning to send video on a regular basis

if you both have high speed internet, you can transfer it through aol instant messenger or google talk; it will probably take around an hour though.
An alternative is you could compress the file with 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org) into multiple smaller files (by using the “split to volumes” option), making each one small enough to email, usually 10 – 20 MB depending on what your email provider lets you send, and then email the 8-14 files.
